• Tournament winner bets remain valid even if a team withdraws or is disqualified after your bet is placed, unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.

5.3. Casino Games

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bj88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

9.1. Termination by User

9.2. Termination by bj88

In cases where termination is not due to user misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or deductions.

9.3. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 500 (৳500) or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, deducted on a monthly basis until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
